Location

This Hawke’s Bay function venue is ideally located on the shore line of Napier, the Art Deco capital, with stunning ocean views across Hawke Bay. Only a walkway separates our venue from the sea.

Napier’s beautiful CBD with its many attractions, activities, shops and restaurants is located just a short stroll from the Napier War Memorial Conference Centre. Choose from a large range of quality accommodation right on our door step.

Car Parking

Car-parking is offered in the car park situated behind the Ocean Spa Complex with access off Marine Parade 400m north of the Centre.  A car parking pass is available at Venue reception for attendees. Please note: Street parking areas are 2 hours only.

The views from many of our function room windows to the ocean are simply breathtaking! An unobstructed 180 degree view of beauty from Cape Kidnappers to Mahia Peninsula.

Flexibility

Our Hawke’s Bay function rooms provide ample space and flexible options to suit any occasion. Choose from our grand Ballroom, Exhibition Hall or Gallery for larger events. We also have two well-equipped function rooms ideal as Breakout Rooms and a Boardroom. Perhaps you would like to consider a marquee to host a tradeshow or dining function adjacent to our function venue with integrated access to our facilities.

Our onsite catering company at our function venue delivers the highest standards. We offer a wide range of menus and budgets to match the style and theme of your event. If you wish to design your own menu with our chefs we can do that too!
