Ocean View has been contracted to the Napier War Memorial Conference Centre since its opening and has grown with the venue, adapting menus and settings to meet the needs of an ever increasing client base.

It is often said "we are what we eat" and in Hawke's Bay we are lucky to have produce that is fresh and easily accessible.  It is not unusual that the fish have been caught, or vegetables have been picked, that day.

We can cater for large or small numbers, on site or at a venue of your choice, providing the perfect scenario of walk in, experience your event and leave without the hassle of cleaning up.

We have catered for Prime Ministers, Judges of the New Zealand Court, Members of Parliament, guests on board ships, in marquees and hundreds of weddings.  We were part of the team that launched New Zealand's Great Long Lunch for 600 guests which is now one of Hawke's Bays ‘must do’ events.

Over the years there has been an increase in the need to meet a variety of special dietary requirements for our guests.  In the early years these ingredients were hard to find but now to be gluten free or lactose intolerant for example is no harder to provide for than any other meals.
